Students "Take Off" on the last day of term!

On the last day of Turkish Saturday School, we completed our airplane/travel theme with a simulation of boarding an airplane with our real flight attendant Tugba Alptekin from the Turkish community. Students used their tickets to board the airplane, heard safety information, and ordered popcorn to eat during their flight! After the "flight" landed, students received their graduating/participation certificates for the year, and enjoyed a sausage sizzle lunch. Congratulations to all our students, and thank you to our teachers and volunteers this year. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021!
