2004 Activities
First Turkish Republic Ball
On 30th of October 2004, TACH assisted the Turkish Consulate of WA to organise the first Turkish Republic Ball for Western Australia, celebrating the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Republic. The ball was held at the Hotel Ibis, DJ Ismail provided the music, and the cost was only $50 for a 3 course and drinks. 121 people attended.
Children Day's Festival
Children’s Day Festival which was based on the same concept as Ataturk’s gift to children of the world. A festival including performances by various children’s group was held at the Queen’s Gardens in East Perth on 24th April 2004.
